Grrrrr! I had a GREAT post, and then it was eaten up by the interwebs *insert angry eyes here*
Here's the recap:
Weight: Didn't lose, stayed the same. But my belt comfortably goes one notch tighter than it did last week at the same weight, so that's progress.
Training:
Monday: 29 min bike/weights
Tuesday: 14 min run
Wednesday: 14 min swim
Thursday: 29 min bike/14 min run BRICK *when done back to back, short for Bike+Run=ICK! :-)
Friday: 14 min swim/Weights
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Weights/Yoga
Added weight training last week. Went well. More weight training this week. Gonna lose a bigger number next week.
And that's the gist of it :-)
