Tuesday: Run 14 min
Wednesday: Swim 24 min/Bike 48 min
Thursday: Run 24 min
Friday: Swim 14 min/Bike 29 min
Saturday: Off
Sunday:Off
I have an extra day off to facilitate homework and housecleaning and stuff. I was able to work it in by doubling up an extra day. Since it will be swimming in the morning and biking in the afternoon, which also works two totally separate muscle groups, I think it will work without over-stressing myself.
I did gain a half pound this week, but considering that I was super careful about the meals I ate out while I was in San Antonio last week, I'm actually pretty impressed by that. Today was a big Valentine's day meal, but the rest of the week should be pretty good. Plus, I have all those workouts coming up!
