Week 1 Summary:

My entry tonight is going to be short, but here are the facts... Today was the first weigh-in since I started the 15K training program last week, and I'm excited to report that I'm down 6.7 pounds! I've stayed on track today and I ran 2 miles this morning with a pace of 17:00, which is an improvement because I didn't walk/run, I ran the entire 2 miles. I'll update again soon :-)
