Look Out!
That's right, you better look out because you should start seeing a lot more posting going on soon. I decided to take the plunge and start the Power 90 workouts in conjunction with my running. Normally, I'd never buy anything that I see on an infomercial, but I actually know people who have used this workout system and have had pretty great results. So, I figured I'd give it a try, but I don't want to give up running either. I've gotten to where I kind of enjoy it. I know the extra workouts will be enough to kick my butt by themselves, so I'm hoping some extra butt-kicking will do me some good (with appropriate time to heal, of course!). I'm going to need to post every day I work out (six days a week) for the whole 90 days in order to keep myself accountable, so be prepared people. They won't always be very interesting, but I'll list what I do that day and keep an update of my progress, as well as any other super cool stuff I come across. The whole plan will actually take 96 days, because there is an accelerated fat-burning workout that I'm supposed to do before I start the regular 90 days. So be ready! I was supposed to start this weekend but I ended up getting sick. Now that I'm feeling better, I'll be starting tomorrow morning. Look for my first P-90 post tomorrow night :-)
