I ran again this morning. Today I duplicated week 5 day 1 (except I only went for the required time... I DID NOT run a whole three miles today!) and it went pretty well. It was tough, but doable. I'm kind of looking forward to Friday's run. I'll run 8 minutes and walk for 5. But I need to be flawless on my nutrition between now and then if I'm going to have a prayer of making it. Today I had some Chik-fil-a for lunch, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, except that I ate all the fries. That was bad. I had a Starbucks before choir tonight. Bad, bad, bad. And then two margaritas at girls night, which I was budgeting for, but the other stuff ended up canceling it out. If I had to run tomorrow, I don't think I could do it. I didn't properly prepare my body to do any work. I'm going to have to seriously make up for it the rest of the week and probably all of next week too. But I found a new idea for a healthy sandwich that looks yummy, so I'm excited about that. I'll try it out tomorrow and post the recipe if it doesn't suck :-)
