Off And Running

Today marked the beginning of my new running routine. So far, it's going great! I bumped back up to level 5 (run 5 min, walk 3, alternate for a total of 20 min), and yesterday I had a good nutrition day! My total loss for last week was still a pound and a half, but only running once and giving in to the weekend munchies will do that to ya. I'm looking forward to a bigger loss this week, because I know I will make it my best week yet :-)
