Well, I didn't accomplish every little thing on the list. But I got pretty close. As far as eating better, I did accomplish ALL of that, except for one tiny mishap. Darn my mom and her Easter cookies! But I only ate one, and today I'll do better than that. There were a few changes that had to be made to the menu, simply because I didn't have time to boil eggs for the egg salad or we were missing a key ingredient or something. But everything I made still fell in line with the plan because I had a menu and I didn't deviate too far from it.
Here's the plan for today:
Breakfast: protein frappucino
Library
Pay rent
Drink water
Trim trees and bushes
Move mulch
Snack: Meat and cheese roll-ups
Drink water
Take care of tolltag
Drink water
Study unit 5
Lunch: salad with chicken
Drink water
Laundry
Finish cleaning house
Drink water
Dinner: Not sure yet what this will be.... but it will be something healthy for me!
