Tomorrow's Plan

Okay, so I was so excited about having a concrete plan to follow, that I went ahead and wrote one for tomorrow.

Breakfast: protein coffee shake
Work
Drink water
Visit the tolltag store, take care of the bill- I'll probably do that on the phone.
Drink water
Snack: lunch meat roll ups
Drink water
Research and write article review #1 for class - Don't know if I'll have time for that... got called to sub this morning.
Lunch: egg salad
Grocery store
Read unit 5 for class
Drink water
Maintenance clean house
Do laundry
Go to library and get next book for book club
Exercise: Take Taryn for a walk (sprained ankle permitting)- Scratch that.... my ankle still hurts.
Drink Water
Snack: lunch meat rolls
Drink Water
Dinner: lettuce wrap tacos
Drink Water
Excercise: Pilates-Well, at least some light stretching. I don't know how flexible my ankle will be by the end of the day.

Now I have a plan that I can look at and stick to. I'll let you know tomorrow if I was able to stick with it :-)

  1. A couple things have changed in my day, so I had to update the list. A few things have been added, and some other things that have been changed have notes by the sides. Tonight I'll tell you if it worked :-)
