Day 1
Today was day 1 of my 15K training/nutrition plan. The 4 mile run yesterday doesn't count because I really consider it a kick-off to what I need to do on my own. Lindsey made me a super-cool nutrition and training journal, and during the week I'm supposed to write down what I do and what I eat and keep track of everything. Today went well nutrition-wise, although I had one slip-up with a Christmas cookie and my run got rained out. No worries though... I can switch my run to my rest day later in the week :-)
