Well, not progress according to my scale, but I think the reason is because I'm gaining muscle mass from the running and losing fat. Muscle does weigh more than fat, after all. So my scale is just hovering up and down around the same two or three pounds. Technically, I haven't really lost anything yet.
But....
I did notice today while I was getting dressed that my "Mommy Pouch" is getting a lot smaller. I'm really excited about that because my jeans fit better :-) I mentioned it to Charlie today and he says "Oh yeah, I've noticed too. I meant to tell you that last week." Last week?!?! Why didn't you say something?! Argh, men!
I still miss carbs.
